Error trying to use the Dirty Talk and Masturbation Instructions forum - HELP!

For the past four months when I've tried to use the Dirty Talk and Masturbation Instructions forum the page loads as a bland with a message to let the admins know that it's not loading.  I don't know how to let the admins know, so I'm hoping they will see it here.
