Hi, everyone. I m25 y.o from ukr. I attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder so I apologize if I suddenly disappear from communication and don’t get in touch, I’m very unstable. I really like cruel cbt, but I’m very afraid to move on to this right away, and I want to slowly move from light cbt to the most powerful and cruel practices. I really want to find people who are also interested in this and who are already practicing. how did you come to this, how did you decide? and perhaps find someone who can help with advice on how to take action.
