Hi,
I am NOT asking for medical advice. I am just asking for anal speculum advice
BUT explaining why I need the advice.
I had a colectomy and have rectal dysfunction. My surgeon dialated me once with his fingers
and it was much easier to "go" but area tightened. He is a super surgeon and if dialation
works, I will not need a bag.
I had lazy colon and 7.5 ft of large colon instead of 4 ft so he took it all and just have
small intestine now.
One area though is still making it hard to push so our last "hope" is widening area that is causing trouble, hoping I can widen area over time doing speculum manipulation for short increments daily.
I'm super fitness hot girl and he's really trying to help so I do not need a bag. He's fixing stupid
docs mistakes that came before him, of disbelieving I had legit problem and not helping me.
I bought a Pratt Speculum on Ebay. It has kinda worked

but the blade needs to be longer.
It "just" comes a bit short, the blades to; before trouble area, so not quite touching trouble area to widen enough.
His fingers were longer and hit and spread, the trouble area that my fingers can't. AND his fingers were stronger to
spread the canal. BUT it worked and I could go much easier for a few days so "self dialation" to
work on permanently widening area looks like it may be resolution for me.
QUESTION:
1)Which speculum has the longest blades? I need say 4.5 inches min and this one I have is
only 3.5. I am surprised at comfort and safety of my new...............(never thought I'd use one
of these) anal speculums but need longer blades.
YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THANKS FOR HELPING SUPER STRAIGHT GIRL. XOXOXOXOXOXO
