Billie is sitting on a bed wearing only panties and heels, her legs are plastic wrapped together and cuffs are on both wrists loosely tied to the bed. At one point while billie is face down and trying to crawl away, TMH’s get her under her hipbones and stomach and dig in. TMH’s tease billie saying, “Are you out of breath? Where are you going? There’s no getting away.” TMH’s decide that he’s going to have to tie her tighter with more plastic wrap. “How about under those arms”? He questions as he pokes her there. “We’re going to find out right now.”
