I am not sure if this is the correct subforum to ask this, but hopefully someone here might be able to help explain something that has bothered me off and on for a couple years now.
So while poking around some 'shock videos' sites a while back I came upon an unusual clip from a video showing a sitting man with an extremely inflated scrotum but regular sized penis masturbating and ejaculating an enormous volume of liquid in huge gushes at every 'pulse'. This liquid looked too thin to be normal semen, yet way too viscous to be urine. This went on for about 20 seconds before running dry.
I was at first dismissive, surely no human can produce that much semen in one go, right? So I was thinking it had to be a trick and he was manipulating some kind of pump shaped like genitals overtop his real ones or something, until I saw a slightly longer clip of it where after ending, the man's penis collapsed just like anyone else's would, making me think again that this is somehow real.
Has anyone seen or heard of anything like this before? If so, do you know how it was done? Was this guy just a genital freak of nature? Was it some kind of variant of scrotal saline inflation that somehow ties in to the urethra to get it out again? Some other procedure that I cannot even guess at? Very clever trick filming?
It's starting to obsess me to the point where I registered on a fetish forum to find out what's going on.
