How do you Subscribe or bookmark or follow a thread?

I realize I'm new here but I've been on a lot of other forums and even currently a Mod and Supermod on several...but I do have a problem here.....

How the heck do you Subscribe or follow or bookmark a thread so you can come back and check it later?
With a board as large as this I would have thought there be some way to track a thread that someone likes or perhaps there is and I just can't see it or find it.
